At Nestro Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged during transit.

You receive the wrong item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

It must be returned with its original packaging, tags, invoice, manuals, and accessories.

A return request must be submitted within the eligible return period.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Customized or made-to-order products.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order ID and reason for the return.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not return any product without prior approval.
5. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method after receiving the required bank details.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), Nestro Mart will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be approved if:

The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

The original packaging or accessories are missing.

The return request is made after the return window has expired.

The returned product fails our quality inspection.
