Before Order Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed and dispatched.

To cancel your order, log in to your account and visit the My Orders section, or contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated.
After Order Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Nestro Mart
Nestro Mart reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or unavailable.

Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.

Payment is not successfully completed or is flagged as suspicious.

Delivery is not possible due to unforeseen logistical issues.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is suspected.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for prepaid orders.
Refund for Cancelled Orders

Online Payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable if no payment has been made.
