Order Cancellation

Before Order Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed and dispatched.

  • To cancel your order, log in to your account and visit the My Orders section, or contact our customer support as soon as possible.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated.

After Order Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Nestro Mart

Nestro Mart reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.

  • Payment is not successfully completed or is flagged as suspicious.

  • Delivery is not possible due to unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for prepaid orders.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Online Payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable if no payment has been made.
